• I) Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Agoda 25% Flash Sales for HSBC Premier Mastercard^® Credit Card

  1. Flash Sales is launched from time to time from 1 October 2024 - 31 August 2025. Stay period of qualified hotel booking needs to be 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025.
  2. 1. You can enjoy Flash Sales provided in designated promoted city (or cities) on Designated Website through the search of the relevant cities for hotels / room types with the "HSBC Flash Sales" tag during the promotional period. A minimum spending requirement might be applied to the Flash Sales from time to time. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking must be made via Designated Website with Eligible Credit Card. Eligible cardholders will receive a discount 25% off per eligible hotel booking (capped at S$130, subject to exchange rate changes).
     2. You cannot enjoy the Flash Sales together with the offer under "Agoda up to 14% off Year Round discount on hotels for HSBC Premier Mastercard^® Credit Card".
  3. You can enjoy the offer if you:
     1. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period and the offer fulfilment period; and
     2. make bookings via Designated Website
     3. are one of the travellers and the name used to book the hotel(s) is the same as shown on your Eligible Credit Card;
     4. pay with an Eligible Credit Card for any eligible transactions during the promotion period.
  4. Each user cannot make more than 10 bookings for each Flash Sales campaign. In violation of this, the bookings of such user could all be cancelled. Bookings made with the same credit card number/ contact or guest name/ account will be deemed as bookings made by the same user.
  5. The Flash Sales is on top of selected hotel promotional deals by Agoda.
  6. The details of the Flash Sales (including hotel stay period, rate plan and discounts) vary by hotels, as specified when you make a booking via Designated Website. Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via the Designated Website and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotels. You may refer to the booking confirmation e-mail or contact the hotline of Agoda.
  7. These terms and conditions serve as additional terms and conditions on top of "Exclusive privileges for HSBC Premier Mastercard^® Credit Card - Terms and conditions for Agoda Offer". We reserve the right to vary or cancel the offer, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, Agoda and/or HSBC will review the case based on its records as well as the information provided by customers, however, the decision of Agoda and/or HSBC shall be final and conclusive.
  8. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  What these terms mean

  9. "Flash Sales" means the limited-time special booking offers provided in designated promoted city (or cities) on Designated Website during the promotional period from time to time. Flash Sales is only eligible for eligible hotels / room types with the promotional tag in the designated promoted city (or cities). No discount will be provided for non pre-paid hotel booking.
  10. "Eligible Credit Card" means HSBC Premier Mastercard^® Credit Card and HSBC Premier USD Mastercard^® Credit Card (but this shall not include any other HSBC US Card, HSBC Corporate Card, and HSBC Debit Card) (the "Card", and such customers) ("Cardholders") issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited ("HSBC") unless otherwise stated.

• II) Terms and conditions for Agoda up to 14% Year round discount on hotels for HSBC Premier Mastercard^® Credit Card

  When can you enjoy the offer

  1. The promotional period for the offer is from 1 October 2024 to 31 August 2025.

  What is the offer

  2. During the promotional period, use your Eligible Credit Card to make bookings via Designated Website in order to enjoy up to 14% off worldwide hotel bookings (capped at S$65, subject to exchange rate changes). You can enjoy 8% off after the monthly quota for 14% off is utilized. You should check if the monthly quota has been used up at Designated Website.

  How can you enjoy the offer

  3. You can enjoy the offer if you:
     1. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period and the offer fulfilment period; and
     2. make bookings via Designated Website; and
     3. are one of the travellers and the name used to book the hotel(s) is the same as shown on your Eligible Credit Card; and
     4. pay with an Eligible Credit Card for any eligible transactions during the promotion period.

  Read before you enjoy the offer

  4. The booking period is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 August 2025. Stay period of qualified hotel booking needs to be 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025.
  5. The offers are applicable to selected pre-paid hotels with "HSBC Premier 14% discount" tags only. Pre-paid hotels accept online payment whereas non pre-paid hotels require you to provide Eligible Credit Card number for guaranteed booking only, and payment will only be made upon physical check out at the hotel. No discount will be provided for non pre-paid hotel booking.
  6. If your booking is made directly through the Agoda website or Agoda app, no discount will be offered and no refund will be arranged. The offers are applicable to designated hotels/ room types/ destinations with "HSBC Premier 14% discount" only.
  7. Any relevant payment using Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay or any mobile payment functions transactions made in Agoda Mobile App are not eligible to the Offers.
  8. The offers are not applicable to taxes, service fee and charges.
  9. You cannot exchange the offer for cash, other products, promotional offers, services and discounts.
  10. The offers are subject to availability of the hotels and you need to present your valid Eligible Credit Card when you check-in at the hotels.
