What are Coins and how do you earn them?

Coins are a virtual currency that works like a loyalty programme. You earn Coins by redeeming offers on the App and can use Coins to buy back vouchers that you have already redeemed at your favourite locations. Coins cannot be earned on any previous app activities and are valid up to 30th December of every year.

How do I unlock Badges?

The more offers you redeem the more Badges you’ll collect! For example, redeem at least 5 offers, and you’ll become an Ambassador! Every time you collect a new badge, you will also receive bonus Coins.

How do I find out how many Coins I have?

Log onto your account and your Coin balance can be found at the top of your profile page.

How do I spend my Coins?

Turn your Coins into more savings. Buy back your favourite offer by simply clicking the yellow button shown next to the merchant offer.

Quick guide to redeeming your ENTERTAINER with HSBC offers

For local F&B offers:

Browse and select a restaurant on the ENTERTAINER with HSBC app that you would like to visit.
Make a booking on your preferred date to skip any queues.
Order your choice of food – if you are not certain which food or beverage items are included in the offer, the restaurant staff will be able to help you prior to ordering.
When you are ready to pay, inform the restaurant staff you would like to use your ENTERTAINER with HSBC app.
Select the restaurant and click on the offer within the app.
The restaurant staff will key in their redemption code on your phone. Once done, your restaurant bill will reflect the 1-for-1 discount. The lowest priced item will be deducted from your bill.
You can then pay the balance with your HSBC Credit Card.

For overseas offers:

Select the desired destination country on the top left drop-down button.
Search and select your desired offer for redemption, and pay with your HSBC Credit Card.
