HSBC General Terms & Conditions

  • A customer who holds a HSBC credit or debit card (except HSBC Corporate card) issued by HSBC Bank (“HSBC“) (such HSBC credit or debit card, a “Card“) as a credit or debit cardholder and whose credit or debit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfillment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfills these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder“) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (“Promotion“).
  • The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of HSBC credit or debit cards issued globally. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC credit or debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
  • The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
  • HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or services hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim or costs suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder or any other person in relation to or in connection with the same in any manner whatsoever.
  • The Merchant and HSBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice.
