ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025

Terms of Eligibility for ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 (Valid until 30 March 2025)

You acknowledge and agree that by proceeding to register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 account, you have read and agreed to these Terms of Eligibility.

  1. You will be eligible to sign up for the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 if you:
    1. hold a main HSBC Credit Card (except HSBC Corporate Cards, and HSBC Debit Cards) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC“) in Singapore; and
    2. your credit card account is in good standing with HSBC.
  2. The ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 is an application owned and operated by our third-party supplier, The Entertainer Pte Ltd (ENTERTAINER) and not HSBC. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and/or services provided by any merchant featured on the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Your use of the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 is subject to the ENTERTAINER’s Rules of Use which you will be asked to accept during the sign up process.
  3. The ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 provides each HSBC Premier Mastercard® main cardholder (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) and each HSBC Visa Infinite main cardholder (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) with one complimentary ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 Premium account, and all other HSBC main credit card holders (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) with one complimentary ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 Standard account. If you hold two main credit cards, you will only be eligible for one ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 account.
  4. To register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 account, you must provide your email address and unique VIP Key to the ENTERTAINER when you sign up for your account.
  5. Use of your credit card will be governed by the HSBC Credit Card Cardholder’s agreement.

    HSBC and The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions of the Terms of Eligibility, or withdraw or alter any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any party, and shall not be liable to pay any compensation or enter into any correspondence in connection with the same.

  6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Terms of Eligibility for ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 (Effective from 31 March 2025)

You acknowledge and agree that by proceeding to register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 account, you have read and agreed to these Terms of Eligibility.

  1. You will be eligible to sign up for the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 if you:
    1. hold a main HSBC Credit Card (except HSBC Corporate Cards, and HSBC Debit Cards) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC“) in Singapore; and
    2. your credit card account is in good standing with HSBC.

  4. To register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2025 account, you must provide your email address and unique VIP Key to the ENTERTAINER when you sign up for your account.
  5. Use of your credit card will be governed by the HSBC Credit Card Cardholder’s agreement.
  6. We may determine in our reasonable discretion whether any given Cardholder is eligible for the Promotion and/or whether such Cardholder has met all of the relevant requirements under these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  7. Discounts, offers, prizes, gifts, complimentary items, vouchers, rebates, redemptions and privileges are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-redeemable for cash, rewards points, credit, or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. We may substitute these with other item(s) of similar value.
  8. The Promotion is subjected to the terms and conditions of the merchant(s) providing the relevant products and/or services. Please refer to the relevant merchant(s) for details. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and/or services provided by the merchant(s) involved in the Promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
  9. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, campaigns, promotions, privileges, and vouchers, except for the promotions as we may otherwise specify from time to time.

    In other words, the same customer cannot receive any other reward, gift or account credit or promotional rate from other promotions, other than those which are stated or as we may otherwise specify from time to time.

  10. Our records in respect of the Promotion shall be conclusive and binding on you.
  11. We may revise these Promotional Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under the Promotion or the Promotional Period), or withdraw or alter any part of the Promotion at any time, if it is reasonably necessary to:
    1. reflect changes to our operational costs, business operations, systems and processes, our arrangements with third parties or industry or market conditions or practice;
    2. give effect to applicable law, rule, regulation or change, requirement, order, notice, recommendation or guidance issued by any regulatory or governmental authority, stock exchange, or body having jurisdiction over us or a court of competent jurisdiction;
    3. align with standards or expectations on practices relating to banking and financial services, environmental, social and governance, consumer and investor protection, cyber, digital, technology, operational resilience or taxation; or
    4. otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

    The updates include amendments to:

    1. the Promotional Period;
    2. the eligibility criteria for the Promotion;
    3. the promotional rate or discount;
    4. the type of Reward or Gift;
    5. the redemption period or criteria for a Reward or Gift;
    6. the limit to the number of Rewards or Gifts available for redemption under the Promotion;
    7. the validity period of a Reward or Gift; and/or
    8. the merchant(s) providing the Reward or Gift.

    To the extent reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable notice of any changes to these Promotional Terms and Conditions before such change takes effect. Notification of any such changes may be placed at our branches, published on our website, sent through email or mobile, or via any other method we think is reasonably appropriate.

    If you do not agree with a change, you can cease to participate in the Promotion.

  12. None and no part of these Promotional Terms and Conditions may be recorded, reproduced, shared, copied, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means, whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, photographing, recording or otherwise without our prior written consent. These Promotional Terms and Conditions remain our property and all our rights are reserved.
  13. These Promotional Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Step 1 – Call in to 1800-HSBC NOW (1800-4722 669) or (65) 6472 2669 if you are overseas.

Step 2 – Enter your 7-digit NRIC Number/ 12-digit Account Number/ 16 Credit Card Number followed by the # key.

Step 3 – Key in your 6-digit Phone Banking PIN (if you do not have a Phone Banking PIN, simply press # to reset your PIN with a SMS-OTP).

Step 4 – Press 2 for Card Services.

Step 5 – Press 3 for Card Fees, Rewards & Benefits.

Step 6 – Press 4 for Card Benefits & Promotions to speak to our Customer Care.
