“Add to Cart” Game 2023 Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. The Add to Cart (“Game“) is valid from 1 June to
    30 June 2023, both dates inclusive (“Game Period“) unless
    otherwise stated, and is offered by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited
    (“HSBC” or the “Bank“) to customers.

    1. who hold one or more HSBC Credit Cards (except HSBC US dollar
      cards, HSBC Corporate Cards, and HSBC Debit Cards) issued by HSBC in
      Singapore (each, a “Card“) as a primary or supplementary
      credit cardholder; and
    2. whose Card account is in good standing with HSBC over the
      entire Promotional Period and at the time of fulfillment (as determined by
      HSBC at its discretion), (each such customer,
      a “Cardholder“).
  2. HSBC reserves the right to determine at our discretion whether Cardholder(s) have
    met all the requirements of this Game.
  3. To participate, a Cardholder must register your interest via the HSBC
    Credit Card Campaign Registration Form
    (“E-Form”) using the Gift Code
    GAME. If the Gift Code consists of a spelling error, the
    registration will be void and you will not be eligible for this Game.
  4. Registrations for the Game will end on 28 May 2023.
  5. A Registered Cardholder who has satisfied all the relevant requirements under Clause
    1 and 3 shall be referred to as a participant (“Participant“).
  6. An SMS containing the one (1) unique code (the “Game Code“) for the
    purpose of the Game will be sent to each Participant’s registered mobile number in
    HSBC’s records by 1 June 2023, barring any unforeseen
    technical delays.
  7. All Game Code(s) sent to Participant(s) are strictly not transferable
    nor assignable.
  8. If there are any issues regarding the non-receipt of an SMS containing the Game
    Code, Participants must contact HSBC by 15 June 2023. Please refer to
    Clause 26 below for the relevant contact details.
  9. The Game requires Participants to fill up their cart with objects to earn points.
    The point breakdown is as follows:

    HSBC Credit Card 15 Points
    Lightning Lose 1 life
  10. With each Game Code, each Participant will be given 3 chances per day to earn points
    to win one of the following prizes:

    1. Dyson Air Purifier TP03 worth S$699
    2. S$250 worth of eCapitaVouchers
    3. S$50 cash credit
    4. S$10 cash credit
  11. There will be a total of 620 Prizes available to be won for the Game, in the
    following quantities:

  12. Participants who qualify to be in the top 620 scorers will be considered the winners
    of the Game (“Winners“)
  13. Card account(s) must not be closed before any Prize(s) is awarded to the
    Participant(s). The Game Code awarded to Participant(s) will be forfeited if Card
    account(s) is closed and cannot be reinstated.
  14. Each Winner can receive a maximum of one (1) Prize.
  15. Use of the Prize(s) is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchants
    providing the relevant products and/or services; please refer to the respective
    merchants for details. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and/or services
    provided by the merchant(s) involved in this Game and will not accept any liability
    in relation thereto. There will be no replacement of lost, defaced, damaged or
    stolen Prize(s) after issuance.
  16. The Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash, reward points, credit or kind in all
    cases, whether in whole or in part. HSBC may, at its discretion, substitute the
    Prize(s) with an item of equal or similar value without prior notice.
  17. Primary and Supplementary cardholders are both eligible for this Game.
  18. Winner(s) who are eligible for the Prize(s) through the Game will receive a
    redemption SMS by 31 July 2023 stating the redemption details of their
    Prize(s) (“Redemption SMS”).
  19. Winner(s) shall redeem their Prize(s) via the process and at the location stated in
    the Redemption SMS by 30 September 2023.
  20. If there are any issues regarding the non-receipt of the Redemption SMS,
    Participants must contact HSBC by 30 September 2023. Please refer to
    Clause 26 below for the relevant contact details.
  21. HSBC assumes no liability for any Prize(s) that are lost during mailing
    or delivery.
  22. SMS delivery is dependent on the relevant telecommunication service providers. HSBC
    is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any non-receipt of, or delay in the
    receipt of, any SMS by any party.
  23. By registering for this Game, a Participant consents to the use of his/her personal
    data by the Bank to contact him/her with updates and offers relating to this Game,
    including the use of the Participant’s telephone number and email address to contact
    him/her via SMS and email.
  24. HSBC reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions,
    or withdraw or alter the Game at any time without prior notice.
  25. HSBC reserves the right to disqualify any Participants where suspicious gameplay is detected.
  26. In the event of any dispute relating to this Game, the decision of HSBC shall
    be final.

  28. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and
    the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
    of Singapore.
