  • Offer is only applicable for rides with pick-up and/or drop-off at Changi Airport, limited to the following postal codes: 819666, 819642, 819643, 819663, 819665. Rides outside these locations are not eligible for the Promo Code.
  • The Promo Code must be entered accurately in the "Promo Code" field and submitted with the booking at the point of ride confirmation for the Promotion to apply. Only one (1) Promo Code may be applied per booking.
  • The validity of each Promo Code will be verified at the point of booking. The Promo Code is deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation.
  • The Promo Code value will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip. No cash refund or balance credit will be given if the final fare is lower than the Promo Code value.
  • The Promo Code entitlement is forfeited if a confirmed booking is cancelled or the passenger fails to show up for the ride.
  • The offer is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions, privileges and vouchers.
  • The offer is only redeemable when booking with the "Credit Card" payment method using a Singapore issued HSBC Credit or Debit Card.
  • CDG Zig Pte Ltd and HSBC reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to extend, shorten, or otherwise vary the validity period of the Promotion or any Promo Code.
  • CDG Zig Pte Ltd and HSBC reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • CDG Zig Pte Ltd and HSBC reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any individual found to be misusing, defrauding, or abusing the Promotion, without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by CDG Zig Pte Ltd and HSBC in relation to the Promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • CDG Zig Pte Ltd and HSBC shall not be liable for any technical failure, error, or interruption preventing a Promo Code from being applied or a ride from being booked.
  • By participating in this Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to CDG Zig Pte Ltd.'s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • HSBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchant involved in this Promotion.
