All Qualifying Spend must be transacted and captured in HSBC system between 15 May to 31 July 2025, both dates inclusive to be eligible.
How does this Promotion work?
To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Customer must charge a minimum Qualifying Spend of S$12,000, S$6,000 or S$3,000 on any of the Eligible Categories during the Promotional Period.
Do I need to register for the tier that I am interested in?
No, you do not need to register for this campaign. The accumulated Qualifying Spend during the Promotional Period will determine which tier you will be eligible for the Draw.
How do I earn a chance to participate in the lucky draw for each tier?
Each Eligible Customer will get one (1) chance in the lucky draw if the minimum Qualifying Spend is met for that tier.
What if I did not win a Prize in the tier I am eligible for?
If you did not win a Prize in the tier, you are eligible for (based on your total Qualifying Spend during the Promotional Period), you will automatically be enrolled for the draws in the lower tiers. For example, if you have met the Qualifying Spend of S$12,000 for the First Tier but did not win a Prize, you will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw for the Second Tier. You will continue to be eligible for the lucky draw of the Third tier if you did not win a Prize in the Second Tier.
What are the eligible categories that are considered as Qualifying Spend?
The Eligible Categories are determined by the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC“). A Merchant Category Code (MCC) is a four-digit number assigned to a merchant/business by the merchant’s acquiring bank. The acquiring bank provides the credit card payment facilities used by the merchant, and it determines and applies (with respect to the account), the MCC which in its view best describes the merchant activity. HSBC does not determine the merchant’s MCC. Please refer to the table below for a breakdown on eligible category descriptions and corresponding exclusions.

I have multiple HSBC Credit Cards and/or supplementary cards. Can I combine the transactions made on different Cards?

Yes, all Qualifying Spend transactions charged to the Primary Cards in the name of the same Cardholder will be aggregated together to qualify for the minimum Qualifying Spend.

Supplementary cardholders are not eligible for this Promotion. However, for each main Cardholder who is an Eligible Customer, Qualifying Spend made by supplementary cardholders will be consolidated under such main Cardholder’s Card account for the purpose of accumulating the relevant minimum Qualifying Spend.

I made the Qualifying Spend on my credit card within the Promotional Periods. However, I’ve lost my credit card. Am I still eligible for the Promotion?
Yes, you will still be eligible for the Promotion provided that the lost credit card has been replaced AND activated.
How will the total Qualifying Spend amount be calculated?
After the Promotional Periods, HSBC will verify if the minimum Qualifying Spend (less off any refunds/cancelled transactions) has been met by the Eligible Customer. Qualifying Spend made by supplementary cardholders will be consolidated under the main Eligible Customer’s HSBC Card account for the purpose of accumulating the minimum Qualifying Spend.
When will I be notified if I have won a Prize?

If you are the Winner for KrisFlyer Miles, a letter containing the details of redemption of the relevant Prize (“Letter“) will be sent to each Winner by mail to his/her Singapore address in HSBC’s records within 7 working days from the Draw Date.

If you are Winner for Mandai Rainforest Resort Stay or COMO Vouchers, a SMS containing details of the redemption of the Prizes will be sent to the mobile number in HSBC’s records by 30 September 2025, barring any unforeseen technical delays.

If you are Winners for Entertainment Credits, the cash credit Prize will be automatically credited to the Card account used to incur the Qualifying Spend by 30 September 2025.
