ShopBack Travel Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion is valid for HSBC credit cardholders who have enrolled in the Program via the dedicated
    partner link    .
  2. Promotion is available from 9 November to 15 December 2023.
  3. Upon enrolling onto the Partnership Program, click on the Earn More icon within the ShopBack
    app and scroll down to view your exclusive HSBC credit card deals.
  4. Shop for your deals and check out as per usual and your Cashback would be tracked in your
    ShopBack account within 48 hours. Cashback will only be credited to your ShopBack account
    after your completed eligible travel. Please refer to the respective Merchant store pages on
    ShopBack for full details.
  5. Promotion mechanics is applicable to HSBC Credit Cards, linked as a valid payment method for purchase transactions made through ShopBack’s platforms. HSBC credit cardholders will be eligible for up to 5% additional Cashback, capped at S$35 per transaction, with a minimum spend of S$600 at 12 participating merchants. Redemptions are limited and while stocks last.
  6. Up to 5% additional Cashback (capped at S$35) applies to the following Travel merchants via ShopBack: Agoda,
    Expedia, Trip.com, Booking.com, Traveloka, KKday, Klook, Pelago, Emirates, Etihad Airways,
    Viator and Rentalcars.com.
  7. Bonus Cashback will be tracked together with your affiliate Cashback. In some rare cases, it
    might take up to 14 days for bonus Cashback to be reflected in your account.
  8. Bonus Cashback will continue to be tracked for spend below S$600, but it will be rejected
    as it does not meet the minimum spend.
  9. Only transactions paid using HSBC Credit Cards are eligible for the bonus. Transactions paid by 3rd party payment services provider or e-Wallets are not eligible for the bonus. Promotion does not apply to other ShopBack services (ShopBack Vouchers, ShopBackPay and ShopBackPaylater).
  10. To qualify for ShopBack’s Cashback, HSBC credit cardholders will need to click through
    ShopBack each time before redirecting to the Merchants’ platforms or store pages.
  11. Promotion is valid through ShopBack’s Web and/or App.

  13. Offer is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates, or
    privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  14. HSBC and ShopBack reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice or
    withdraw or discontinue the Program at any time without any notice or liability to
    any party.
  15. HSBC makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for
    purpose of Merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved
    directly with Merchant.
  16. HSBC and ShopBack shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage suffered or
    incurred as a result of the use of Merchant’s goods and services.
