Singapore Airlines Time To Fly Campaign 2024 Terms and Conditions

  1. This Singapore Airlines Time To Fly Campaign 2024 (“Promotion“) is valid from 25 to 27 October 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period“) unless otherwise stated, and is offered by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC” or the “Bank“) to customers:
    1. who hold a HSBC TravelOne Credit Card and/or HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card issued by HSBC in Singapore (each, a “Card“) as a credit cardholder; and
    2. whose Card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period and at the time of fulfillment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) (each such customer, a “Cardholder“).
  2. HSBC reserves the right to determine at our discretion whether:
    1. Cardholder(s) have met all the requirements of this Promotion; and
    2. Charges made to the Card qualify towards fulfilment of the relevant accumulated minimum Qualifying Spend (as defined below) set for the purposes of this Promotion.
  3. For the purpose of this Promotion, “Qualifying Spend” refers to travel purchases charged to a Card in Singapore dollars at participating travel partners only at the Singapore Airlines Time To Fly 2024 event (the “Event“) held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Level 3 Concourse 1 to 4 and Level 4 Halls 401 and 402 within Promotional Period.
  4. To participate in this Promotion, a Cardholder must charge to their Card(s) the following minimum spend amounts in respect of Qualifying Spend for each spend tier below to redeem the relevant gift (each a “Gift“):
    1. Spend Tier 1 – A minimum of S$800 to redeem a American Tourister 57cm duffel bag, limited to the first 100 redemptions.
    2. Spend Tier 2 – A minimum of S$2,800 to redeem a Delsey Initiale 69cm luggage, limited to the first 50 redemptions.
    3. Spend Tier 3 – A minimum of S$3,800 to redeem a Delsey Vavin 82cm luggage, limited to the first 100 redemptions.

    (“Spend Tier“).

  5. Qualifying Spend charged to different main Cards registered in the name of the same Cardholder, may be added together to qualify for the minimum qualifying spend requirements set out in Clause 4.
  6. Each Cardholder may redeem up to two (2) Gifts per Spend Tier per day, provided that he/she meets the minimum spend requirement for the relevant Spend Tier. Redemption of Gift(s) must be made on the same day as the Qualifying Spend.
  7. All Gifts are valid while stocks last, on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, Rewards points, credit or any other item in all cases, whether in whole or in part. HSBC may, at its discretion, substitute any Gift with an item of equal or similar value without prior notice.
  8. Cardholders are required to present the following items at the HSBC booth located at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Level 3 Concourse 1 to 4 at the Event within Promotional Period to redeem the relevant Gift(s).

    a. the original receipt bearing the Qualifying Spend amount; and

    b. the corresponding original charge slip(s) bearing the last 4 digits of such Card(s) (“Charge Slip“); and

    c. their physical Card(s) to which the relevant Qualifying Spend transaction(s) were charged; or

    d. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet screen showing the Card(s) used to make the Qualifying Spend transaction(s).

  9. Each Charge Slip must be obtained at the Event and dated within the Promotional Period, and only original, electronically generated Charge Slips will be accepted for the purposes of redeeming Gift(s) under this Promotion. Each Charge Slip can only be used once for the purposes of redeeming Gift(s) under this Promotion. Charge Slip(s) that have been used for other promotions held by HSBC or participating merchants at the Event, cannot be re-used to redeem any Gift under this Promotion and vice versa. Multiple Charge Slip(s) may be combined to meet the minimum qualifying spend requirements set out in Clause 4.
  10. Use of the Gifts is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant(s) providing the relevant products and/or services; please refer to the respective merchant(s) for details. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and/or services provided by the merchant(s) involved in this Promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
  11. HSBC reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw or alter the Promotion at any time. Where the amendment, variation or supplement is unfavourable to you, HSBC will only amend, vary or supplement the terms of this Promotion where HSBC, acting reasonably, determine that such amendments, variations or supplements are reasonably necessary to:

    (i) reflect changes to our operational costs, business operations or systems and processes, or our arrangements with third parties;

    (ii) give effect to regulatory change, recommendation or guidance, or applicable law;

    (iii) reflect changes to industry or market conditions or practice;

    (iv) align with standards or expectations including in respect of the banking practices or environmental, social and governance practices; or

    (v) otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

  12. Should there be any issues related to this Promotion, the Cardholder is required to contact HSBC at 1800-HSBC NOW (4722 669) by 12 January 2025.
  13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
