Mid-Autumn Campaign 2019

(A) Mid-Autumn Spend & Get Rewards Redemption Promotion 2019 Terms & Conditions

  1. This Mid-Autumn Spend & Get Rewards Redemption Promotion 2019 ("Promotion") is valid from 15 July to 18 August 2019, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period") unless otherwise stated, and is offered by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited ("HSBC" or the "Bank") to customers:
    1. who hold one or more main HSBC credit cards (except HSBC US dollar cards, HSBC corporate cards, and HSBC debit cards) issued by HSBC in Singapore (each, a "Card") as a primary credit cardholder; and
    2. whose Card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period and at the time of fulfillment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion), (each such customer, a “Cardholder”).
  2. HSBC reserves the right to determine at our discretion whether:
    1. Cardholder(s) have met all the requirements of this Promotion; and
    2. Charges made to a Card qualify towards fulfilment of the relevant accumulated minimum Qualifying Spend (as defined below) set for the purposes of this Promotion.
  3. Use of the Gifts (as defined below) is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant(s) providing the relevant products and/or services; please refer to the respective merchant(s) for details. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and/or services provided by the merchant(s) involved in this Promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. There will be no replacement of lost, defaced, damaged or stolen Gift(s) and/or Prize(s) after issuance.
  4. The Gifts and Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, rewards points, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. HSBC may, at its discretion, substitute the Gift(s) or Prize(s) with an item of equal or similar value without prior notice.
  5. To participate in this Promotion: Redeem a box of Conrad Centennial mooncake with your rewards points, a Cardholder must register his/her Card by sending an SMS with the relevant Gift Code set out below in the following format to 74722: PROMO<space>GIFT CODE<number of boxes to be redeemed><space>16-digit card number (for e.g. PROMO MIDAUTUMN FULL1 4835123456789900) within the Promotional Period (each such successfully registered Cardholder shall be a “Offer 2 Registered Cardholder” and the Card used by him/her to make the registration will be a “Offer 2 Registered Card”).

    Each Rewards Redemption Registered Cardholder which fulfils the relevant eligibility criteria for this Promotion will be entitled to redeem the gifts set out below (each, a “Rewards Redemption Gift”):

    If a Registered Cardholder has made a successful redemption under this Promotion, HSBC will debit the required number of Rewards Points from his/ her Registered Card account by 27 August 2019. If a Registered Cardholder does not have sufficient Rewards Points in his/her Registered Card account, he/she will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion and no Rewards Points will be deducted from his/her account. If a Registered Cardholder has indicated that he/she wishes to redeem multiple boxes of Rewards Redemption Gifts but does not have sufficient Rewards Points for the redemption, the Bank will allocate the number of boxes of Rewards Redemption Gifts that he/she can redeem. If an Registered Cardholder has registered his/her Card using the Gift Code “PARTIAL”, he/she consents to HSBC debiting S$38 from his/her Registered Card account, for each box of Rewards Redemption Gift redeemed by him/her under this Rewards Redemption.
  6. Registered Cardholders who fulfill the relevant eligibility criteria for this promotion (as the case may be) will receive an SMS for the redemption of the relevant Offer 1 Gift or Rewards Redemption Gift(s) (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Gifts”) by 28 August 2019. SMS registrations in any format other than the relevant formats specified above, and/or with incorrect information will be automatically disqualified. An acknowledgement of registration will be sent to each Cardholder that has successfully registered his/her Card. SMS delivery of such acknowledgment is dependent on the relevant telecommunication service providers. HSBC is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any non-receipt of, or delay in the receipt of, any SMS by any party.
  7. HSBC’s records relating to this Promotion including any details relating to registration and Qualifying Spend shall be final and binding on all Cardholders
  8. HSBC accepts no liability for any late submission of any transaction by merchants for whatever reason.
  9. HSBC reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw or alter the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  10. In case of a dispute, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
  11. Should there be any issues related to this Promotion, the Cardholder is required to contact HSBC at 1800-HSBC NOW (4722 669) or e-mail to direct@hsbc.com.sg.
  12. This Promotion is strictly not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardholders who register their Card under Offer 1 or Rewards Redemption of this Promotion shall not be eligible to participate in any other Mid-Autumn 2019 or similar promotion offered by the Bank during the Promotional Period.
  13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

(B) Mid-Autumn Spend & Get Rewards Redemption Promotion 2019 FAQ

15 July to 18 August 2019, both dates inclusive.

To participate in Promotion 2: Redeem a Conrad Centennial mooncake gift set with your rewards points, a Cardholder must (in no particular order):

  1. Register their Card by sending an SMS with the relevant Gift Code in the following format to 74722: PROMO<space>GIFT CODE<number of boxes to be redeemed><space>16-digit card number (for e.g. PROMO MIDAUTUMN FULL1 4835123456789900) within the Promotional Period (each successfully registered Cardholder shall be a “Registered Cardholder” and the Card used by him/her to make the registration will be a “Registered Card”).
  2. If you have made a successful redemption under this Promotion, HSBC will debit the required number of Rewards Points from your card account by 27 August 2019. If you do not have sufficient Rewards Points in your card account, you will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion and no Rewards Points will be deducted from your account. By opting for Gift Code “PARTIAL”, you also give consent to HSBC to debit S$36 from the credit card that was used to register for this promotion in addition to debiting the required number rewards points for this redemption.
