- This contest is organized by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (Company Registration No. 201420624K) ("Organiser") and managed by Ogilvy Singapore Pte. Ltd ("Ogilvy").
- This contest is open to persons currently residing in Singapore, aged 16 years and above, other than employees of the Organiser who are working on this contest, employees of Ogilvy, and the close relatives of such employees.
- The submission period for this contest shall be from 6 April 2022 to 12 April 2022 or any other date(s) that may be determined by the Organiser ("contest period").
- Participants may participate in this contest by:
- Commenting on the contest post shared by Charlotte Mei on her Instagram account and also on HSBC Singapore's Instagram account (@hsbc_sg), and sharing unique ways that they can make their daily meals more environmentally friendly; and
- following @HSBC_SG.
- The prize available in this contest is:
- 1 x dining e-voucher valued at S$300 at Morsels.
- The one (1) most creative, sustainable and original submission, as determined by Charlotte Mei, Ogilvy, and the Organiser, shall be entitled to win the above mentioned prize.
- Use of the dining e‑voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer of the e‑voucher.
- Regardless of the number of submissions made by each participant, each participant will only be eligible to win a maximum of one (1) S$300 dining e‑voucher at Morsels.
- The participant with the winning submission that fulfils the qualifying criteria, as determined by the Organiser and Ogilvy, will be announced in the contest post comments by Charlotte Mei.
- The prize will be sent to the relevant participant through Instagram's direct message.
- The participant whose submission has been selected must respond via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) calendar days of being contacted by the Organiser. If no response is received after five (5) calendar days, the submission will no longer be eligible for the prize and the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to another participant accordingly.
- Each participant agrees that their Instagram entry/submission must not contain profanities and must not be vulgar or discriminatory in nature. All entries and submissions that do not meet the qualifying criteria stated in these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed vulgar or discriminatory by the Organiser, will be disqualified.
- All participants are fully responsible for their postings and comments, and such postings and comments do not represent the sentiments or opinions of the Organiser.
- The Organiser may at its discretion decide to not respond to any postings deemed irrelevant to the contest.
- By participating in this contest, each participant agrees, and consents to the Organiser and its agents and authorized service providers involved in the contest, collecting, using and/or disclosing (a) information provided to the Organiser (including participants' personal data) for purposes of facilitating the redemption of prizes (if any); and (b) the participant's Instagram username, submissions/entries, photographs or audio-video or any other recordings of the participant taken or made in connection with his or her participation in this contest, for or in connection with the Organiser's publicity and/or advertising materials across all media and platforms in connection with this contest, including-without limitation-the Organiser's printed publications, presentations, promotional materials and on the Organiser's websites, whether in its original or any edited format.
